Business Developers
There are physical or moral persons which transmit clients orders to the brokerage firms and / or play the middleman between their clients and the brokerage firm, in order to open a security account and to receive advices for investment or a discretionary management.
They are authorized by the Regional Council.
Canvassing Brokers
Those usually offer services or give advice in order to arouse subscription, buying, exchange, selling of securities, or participation to operations on those listed values. They are authorized by the Regional Council.
Investment advisors
Physical or moral persons who adjust their clients’ choices without taking their place concerning their final decisions. They are authorized by the Regional Council.
