The common management of securities is carry out by the UCITS, grouped together in Cash Mutual Fund, in Venture Capital Trust, or any other institution of common management authorized by the Regional Council.
The UCITS is a financial institution which gathers savings of economic agents by issuing securities or shares. The savings gathered are used for the creation of a securities portfolio.
In this way, the UCITS specialized the savings to the listed companies financing, taking part then, to the economic development of the regional countries.
