Brokerage firms

The brokerage firms (SGI) are the driving forces of the market; they profit from exclusiveness to trade on the Stock Exchange and they have the most important part on the Central Securities Depository for their customers. They are established as limited companies that have financial institution status.

There are three types of brokerage firms:

  • The brokerage firms of network are created by Financial Institutions such as Banks ;
  • The brokerage firms of place emanate from a whole operators of the same country ;
  • The independent brokerage firms have for origin group’s entrepreneurship mind of companies and/or physical people.
